There is no limit to the amount of UP you can donate for.

Notice the wording there, you are donating money, we are giving you a set number of UP as a reward for your donation. Just a friendly reminder, in our business model Future Imperfect does not sell anything.

Should also be noted that UP does not have a real world dollar value. UP are awarded based on donation of time, and of course money.
